Kefalograviera is a PDO product of Greece, primarily made in Western Macedonia from sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep’s and goat’s milk.

This hard table cheese is similar in flavor and texture to Kefalotyri with a salty flavour and rich aroma. It can be used for grating as well as a topping for pasta dishes, but also rolled in flour and fried.
